Your details are taken when  you book an appointment at the salon, when you attend your first appointment and at other times when it is deemed necessary to provide you with specific products or services. Information is also collected when you complete customer surveys, participate in salon promotions and provide feedback.
This information is mainly: telephone numbers, email and social media addresses as well as what products and services you have used and bought.
Information may be retained in the event of any complaint that you may have made regarding the Salon, or, when there has been a reaction to any of the products we have used.
